Food Packaging Industry Weighing Machines Manufacturer.

Our client is a world leader in the design, manufacture and installation of multi-head weighing machines and complete weighing and packing line solutions predominantly into the food industry.

The purpose of the role was to drive the sales effort of the company range of weighing systems exclusively for the Food industry across the German region helping to identify and close deals, build up major strategic partnerships and expand existing partnerships also working alongside colleagues in internal and external sales, sales agents and distributors.

Germany was to be divided into north and south.

Our task was to source pro-active business development professionals from the food packaging machinery market capable of developing and managing key strategic relationships with internal and external channels in order to maximise the sales effort - wanting to move the business forward – pushing all internal and external agents towards the same goal.

Both searches were completed within three months, one candidate coming from a competitor company.
